Don’t Buy PC Secret Formula - SERIOUSLY!

I recently purchased an ebook (PC Secret Formula) that promised increased speed and productivity by simply using a few do-it-yourself freeware utilities.

I also posted a review of my experiences shortly after implementing the recommendations in the book.

That was 2 days ago.

Last night and today, I spent the majority of my time rolling back those changes (a lessen in itself why NOT to perform the undelete recommendations in this book!) by using a system restore checkpoint from earlier in the week.

*Dang,* I should know better! PC Secret Formula

I’m not going to elaborate too much more just yet — I need a cooling off period. But rest assured, I will be back to comment on the steps that I researched and documented regarding the over-zealous recommendations in this book.

In the meantime, my best advice … DON’T BUY IT!
