Profit From Affiliate Marketing - Revised Review

I love pie. Not necessarily the fruit-filled ones, but definitely the sugary kind. To paint a clearer picture, I think it’s safe to say that pecan pie might even be my all-time favorite. Well, wait a minute … there’s no chocolate in that. OK, let’s just say that, for the sake of staying on track here, pecans and chocolate are no’s 1 & 2, in no particular order. As long as it’s not fruit.  Or, “humble pie.”

Speaking of which … Read the rest of this entry »

7-Day Birthday Bonanza for Aurelius Tjim

** Sale Event Expired 6 Nov 07 **

is having a birthday.

is having a Birthday Bonanza sale!

This is one of those “right-place-right-time” things that I was fortunate enough to get wind of. But it’s only happening from November 1-6, (2007) so I hope this finds you in place at the right time . . .

Because, this offer is CHUCK FULL of stuff !

I wasn’t interested in everything, but what absolutely blew the thing out of the water for me was the offering of from Turbo eCover MinisiteseCover Actions (reg $47 + more bonus action scripts), eCover Actions (reg. $37), a free membership/upgrade to Edmund Loh’s Resale Rights Elite Artists Club (reg. $67) with 26 more Photoshop action scripts, AND a boatload of templates (ebooks, boxes, reports, CDs, DVD cases) that can be used with these same action scripts.

Profit From Affiliate Marketing - eBook and Video Tutorials

Click here to get Profit from Affiliate Marketing

I’m easily turned off by hype. Probably because I’m pretty gullible and have fallen victim to so much of it that I’ve learned (for the most part) to read between the lines and identify what I think I already know (disguised as exaggeration).

So, right or wrong, I’ve developed a system of evaluating a sales letter and basically look for four things before I decide if it’s worth dwelling on: 1) overall appearance, 2) price and guarantee, 3) clearly-stated purpose and, 4) bonuses. If these things make it past the “first impression” stage, I just might read the sales page.

Profit From Affiliate Marketing from Martin Salter has all the embellishments of a typical sales letter (including the warning of a pending price increase) but, it was one of the bonuses that made me take a closer look.

Simple Pay-Per-Lead Program

I recently became aware of a layman’s approach to pay-per-lead marketing.

If you’re unfamiliar with the concept of CPA (Cost Per Acquisition a.k.a. pay-per-lead) marketing, let me tell you that if you take the time to learn this form of online marketing, the odds of your spending your time editing PLR content or revising other people’s products to call your own, will diminish dramatically. Unless of course, you’re in this for the fun.

Jonathan Leger has put together a great little 2-part affiliate program:

1) 100% of the $1 offer for learning how to get involved in a simple pay-per-lead program, and

2) 50% of Jonathan’s back-end product that helps him market the CPA program advertised in the front-end

The slick thing about this offer is that you get a pretty decent glimpse into a company that Jonathan uses to generate leads from a CPA optin strategy that is converting roughly 9% for UN-targeted traffic. This is a company that in turn, offers 5 different avenues that you can use to copy Jonathan’s strategy. Simple!

If you’ve ever been curious about how to break into the CPA game, $1 will get you a little piece of the pay-per-lead pie and from there …. . . . . .

7 Dollar Mall

During the process of moving some things over to COM’s blog, I’ve been culling some of the older, mediocre content. I’m not entirely sure what to do with this one - The 7 Dollar Mall.

Yeah, it’s a pretty cool thing to configure … for someone who is that way moved.

Personally, this is the second such “mall” that I’ve bagged and for whatever reason, I haven’t exactly given it the effort that it needs. But for those of you who see this as a buffet of opportunity, I suppose it has its merits. This is strictly an FYI post.

Affiliate Marketing Formula (Matthew Glanfield)

Matthew Glanfield has been a case-study in online success from day-1.

I’ve watched him build a successful online business while attending university and coming out of it with multiple online successes and a respectable reputation to boot. That sounds like I know him personally - but alas, I don’t (although I hail from the same local region and know what beautiful country he resides in).

I have however, been fortunate enough to watch his progress and participate in some of his offerings.

This is a guy that comes highly recommended by other reputable online marketers. He knows how to play the game without sacrificing ethics and is a good place to get your feet wet. If this free, step-by-step, 27-day e-course leads you to invest in any of Matthew’s programs, it would be a good place to start.

Free eBooks - AdSense Master Plan (Kurt Chrisler)

Apparently, if you do it right, there’s money to be made in AdSense. Go figure.

Personally, I wouldn’t know. I seem to have adopted the “starving artist” approach to web development over the “post it notes” style of slapping up clickable links and calling that a website. Call me daft, but hey, I yam what I yam.

For those who are more “sticky note” inclined, this is Kurt Chrisler’s effort at walking you through the steps of:

    Finding a niche
    Keyword research
    Building and promoting your site
    Traffic options
    AdSense optimization
    and more

Not only do you get a decent introduction to AdSense, but you gain insight into developing a mini-site that’s strictly targeted at an adsense campaign - not the glamorous and creative claim to fame that most web developers live for .. no, we’re talking minimalism at its skimpiest.

Want to know the difference between content sites and adsense site? That’s what the AdSense Master Plan is all about. Fifty-three pages and a decent supply of screenshots for the visual learners. The whole purpose here is to learn the “system” that creates multiple adsense sites in multiple niches and start seeing those cheques come rolling in from Google.

The stand-by networks are:
Commission Junction

Clickbank

Popular places to research successful affiliate programs:
Allan Gardyne’s Associate Programs
Affiliates Directory (7,500+ affiliates)
Refer-it (6,500+ affiliates)
