There are a few different models of the HLS5086: HLS5086W HLS5086WX HLS5086WX/XAA HLS5086WXXAC The bp96-01579a color wheel does appear to be the correct model number for your set, and while I don’t have specific instructions, based on comments, at least one person has successfully done it following the instructions here: Samsung Color Wheel
